I have a 2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer with code P0507. The throttle gose up and down I changed the throttle body , but it still rev up and down.

The trouble code P0507 is for 'idle speed high' and is usually caused by a bad throttle body or a vacuum leak somewhere. Since you've replaced the throttle body, I'll have to assume it's functioning correctly. You just might want to make sure you installed it correctly and hooked up everything right and the gasket is in place.

If that all checks out, you might want to start looking for other areas that will make the idle high like certain vacuum leaks. There is a technical bulletin from GM about the PCV hose coming disconnected and setting this code, so you might want to look there too, and reconnect it if it's loose, or off. Other than that, it could be an intake gasket leaking, a valve cover gasket, brake booster hose, etc. You'd have to check it out good to find it if it's not something readily visible.
