Chevy trailblazer warning lights

Unread post by jillpow » Thu Jan 03, 2013 7:13 pm

We have a 2006 Chevy Trailbalzer. The warning light that looks like the back of the vehicle with a wrench and squiggly lines just came on. Can you let me know what is means? I can't locate the manual. Thanks

Yes, that is the Stabilitrak light. It means you have a problem with the Stabilitrak system on your Trailblazer. You would have to take it to a shop and have the chassis computer scanned to see what the problem is.

Common things that go bad and set that light on are....a faulty steering wheel position sensor, a problem with one of the wheel speed sensors, or a wiring issue.
