Service engine light on again, pulled codes and it said engine temp too low
to regulate, and temp gauge does not register. Replaced Coolant temp

| If you mean the you cannot get the codes out of the van, then be sure to check the fuses. If the scanner powers up but not read any data, it is either the scanner, a data wire problem in the van, or a bad computer. |
