Where is the Lighter Fuse
Need a diagram of the location for the cigarette lighter fuse in my truck.
Problem with My 2005 Equinox Airbag
The airbag sensor is lit on my Chevy equinox. The dealer checked it and told me
that the front impact sensor needs to be replaced (code B0100 and B0101)...
Check Engine Light After Oil Change
Got an oil change today with 5W 30 at the local Jiffy lube and a new intake
air filter (not the main filter on the engine the one against firewall).
Suddenly like 1 km away, the check engine light came on. Won't turn off. I
reset the oil sensor according to owners manual
Air Blows Warm at Idle
My Chevrolet Equinox A/C vents blow warm air when the truck is idling. Nice
and cold when driving down the road. Replaced the fan but still same
problem.
Overheating
The temp gauge on my Equinox shows high and engine overheating. The
dealership mechanic cannot find anything wrong with the engine or sensors.
Rear Wiper Motor
The rear wiper motor on my 2007 is making a noise then stops working.
Can I replace it myself? What is wrong with my Chevrolet Equinox?
Where is the battery located.

Comments
The battery on the Chevy Equinox is under the hod on the drivers side. It is under the large square black plastic item. It may have the computer on top of that plastic cover depending on the year.

ON A 2007 EQUINOX IF I HAVE THE ABS LIGHT ON, HOW MANY PARTS ARE INVOLVED ON THAT LIGHT? IN OTHER WORDS WHAT WILL MAKE THE LIGHT TO COME ON? IF I ALREADY REPLACED 3 SPEED SENSORS.
|
Well, there is one more speed sensor, as well as the wires connected to them. These are common problems. The wires may break in the front sensor harnesses at the lower control arm.

I have an 07 Chevy equinox ... sometimes when I cranking up the temperature gauge is already on half way mark and then it settled on hot. Other
times when I crank it, it's on cool so when it settled it's on normal (halfway) and so on. It just depends on where the hand is when I first crank it as to
where it is going to settle. Could this be the temperature sensor?

Reply @Tammy, It could be the coolant temperature sensor on the engine, or even the gauge in the dash itself. Maybe the needle is sticking. You
would need to either have a scanner on the truck to look at the coolant temp sensor reading and compare it to what the gauge says. If the scanner
says the sensor reads 70 degrees, but the needle is at half way, then the gauge is sticking.
