NO HEAT PROBLEM
I HAVE A 1994 OLDS CIERA 3.1 I HAVE NO HEAT, PUT IN A NEW HEATER CORE THAT DID NOT HELP, BLEED FOR AIR POCKETS, AND NO HEAT YET, AM RUNNING OUT OF THING TO DO, CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT ELSE CAN I TRY. THANKS
Re: NO HEAT PROBLEM
first, let your car warm up to normal temp. the temp gauge should be in the middle which should be around 200F. then feel the two hoses that connect to the heater core and see if they are getting hot. be careful not to burn yourself if they are hot. this will tell you if you are getting flow through the heater core. If they are hot and you don't get heat in the inside check your temp door operation. if they are not hot check for either blockage or check to make sure all the air is purged

Re: NO HEAT PROBLEM
Replace the thermostat and for shits and giggles blow out the heater core I had the same problem in my 95 olds 88
