Dodge Caravan abs leaking fluid
turn signals
I changed rear turn signal bulb, but still does not work
Re: turn signals
Well, guess that wasn't the problem then, was it?
You could have a bad socket where the bulb plugs into, or a wiring problem going to that bulb if all the others work normally. Would need some checking into and inspection of the wiring and terminals.

engine light on Town and Country
My enigne light has come on and I have notice that since then, the remote start won't stay active after 30 seconds and the thermostat won't read temp(exterior). Please advise on the cause.Oh. 2010 town &country touring pl [2w drive]
Re: engine light on Town and Country
The remote start problem is probably related to the check engine light. You will have to get the computer scanned for codes to see why the light is on.
The outside temperature not reading is most likely the actual temp sensor. It is usually located out in front of the radiator.

Dodge Caravan abs leaking fluid
I have a 98 dodge grand caravan. I had all brake lines replaced. One of the screws cross threaded and now its leaking out of abs and I have no brakes. Trying to figure out the best way to fix it myself cant afford to take it to someone. Is it possible to get rid of the abs all together and just hook brake lines together?

I cannot tell you to modify your factory brake systems without some liability issues. Have you checked into used parts?

1990 Dodge 1/2 ton automatic 4wh dr
My anti lock brake and P! Light stays on what fixes this
Re: 1990 Dodge 1/2 ton automatic 4wh dr
you could look at the fluid level in your master cylinder to see if it might be low. You could check to make sure your brake lights are working in the rear of the truck. If both of those things are okay, you should have the abs scanned and see what codes are stored.

Why do my headlights go off when I turn my high beams on?
Re: 1990 Dodge 1/2 ton automatic 4wh dr
if you have a test light, you can check the wires at the back of the headlights. Violet is one wire, red and orange is another and black is the third. Black is for the ground. Check for power an the other two wires. See which one is hot when the headlights are on. Then switch to the high beams and see if the other wire becomes the hot wire. If it does then you may have blown the high beam filament in both headlights. It's possible. If you don't have power on the other wire, you need to look at your dimmer switch.
do the dash lights stay on when the headlights go off? Does the high beam indicator come on? If the dash lights go off when the high beams are on also then you may have a short in the high beam circuit.
