left headlamp burnt out, replaced bulb, did not fix issue, after getting home I looked closer and found that the fuse controlling that beam has no power to it, and there is only one relay for the low beams and one for the high beams, is it possible for half the relay to not work??
Not going to be the relay. the relay is working if one headlight works. you have to check the circuit in the fuse panel to find out why the power from the relay is not getting to the headlight fuse. Many times the fuse panel itself may have corrosion in the layers under the plastic covers.
