GMC Envoy egr valve location

Does a 06 GMC Envoy have a egr valve if so where is it located engine is a 4.2 6cly

No. The 4200 Straight 6 cylinder engine does not have an EGR valve.Here is a picture of common GM 4.2L Sensor Locations

Why are you asking about it? Is there a specific problem with your truck?

My 06 GMC Envoy 4.2. 6cly the engine light still coming on the code is PO171 stating lean to bank 1 I have changed the map sensor, canister vent valve. Back at gas tank and both oxygen sensors the light keeps coming back on

P0171 lean is usually caused by a vacuum leak.
Check that the air intake duct work is all on securely.
Make sure the breather tube is attached on the bottom side of the air box on top center of the engine.
Then, a little harder, is to check for loose intake manifold bolts. These are prettty common. Through the wheel well, find the 10mm bolts that attach the intake to the head. I think there about 8, some are hard to see. The last 3 rear ones are normally the most loose.
