Is it possible to flood a fuel injected car?
Car will start but not ignite getting no fuel?

yes, you can flood a fuel injected vehicle. If your coolant temp sensor isn't working your coolant temp could measure -40 F. That could flood your engine.
I don't understand the second part.
Car will start but not ignite (it has to ignite to start) Getting no fuel.
do you mean that the engine will crank over but won't start? Yes not getting fuel from the injectors will make it so the engine won't start.
does your fuel system have a schrader valve in the fuel lines on the engine to measure fuel pressure? Ir it does you should measure the fuel pressure to see if the fuel pump is pumping fuel up to the injectors. I think that your car may need a specific adapter to get a fuel pressure reading. fuel pressure should be between 38 at idle with engine vacuum, 47-50 idle without vacuum. So cranking should be in that area somewhere. (drop the values about 10 psi if turbo)
lets start from the beginning. Hi, what's going on with your car?
