too lean bank 1 sensor 1 code p0171 Olds intrigue 2001

Need some help I have a 2001 Oldsmobile intrigue 3.5 v6 have a code 0171 and code 0133 I have replaced 02 sensor up streem crankshaft position sensor pcv valve fuel filter mass air flow sensor throttle body positioning sensor air idle control valve air cleaner Still have code 0171 and 0133 to lean check fuel pump pressure reads 38 to 42 pounds check for intake vacuum leaks what else could be wrong.thanks rich 8-) update found the problem with a smoke test throttle body shot so for if you have a vacuum leaks and can't find the source check your throttle body

fuel pressure specs are 41 - 47psi. that would be key on engine off. running it will be a bit lower. so your fuel pressure might be ok. too lean is the code but what does your freeze frame say? when did your code set? engine cold or hot, at cruise or at idle, what was the engine load, what do the fuel trims say? A lot of information is going to be stored on the freeze frame for when the code was set.

Which O2 sensor did you replace? or did you replace both bank front O2 sensors? If you scanned for codes did you look at the O2 sensors to see what they are doing? If fuel trims also say there is a problem on bank one you should loof for vacuum leaks or possibly an injector problem on that bank.

I have had a lot of these 3.5L with intake manifold gaskets leaking vacuum. The freeze frame data would show the code set or the condition present at idle only.
