HEATER WILL NOT WORK HAVE INSTALLED THERMASTATE , AND WATERPUMP NO WATER GOING TO THE HEATER COIL

If there is not flow into or out of the heater core, then there is either a blockage, or an air pocket.
Coomon cause for air pockets on the 3400 V6 is a blown rear head gasket.
Remove spark plugs and inspect for burning coolant, or preasure test system.
