You've either got junk parts (which is not uncommon, as Autozone sells crap parts) or it's something you disturbed during the repair. If you just changed the sensors out, and not replaced the entire hub, you could have gotten debris down inside the hub where the reluctor wheel is. This can affect the wheel speed signal. Or possibly with the aftermarket sensors, the air gap is too large to get a correct reading. Or somewhere along the harness there is an issue either with corrosion, a breakage, etc. You may end up having to install an entire hub to get this issue fixed.

Also, just FYI, code scanners that the local auto parts stores use and pretty much junk as well. I bet if you took it to a dealership, they would be able to actually pull some ABS codes out of the system and actually tell you what's wrong.
