2006 Chevy Malibu Maxx SS 3.9L V6

I have a p0402 code and my Emission 1 fuse keeps blowing

fuse should come first. emission 1 fuse powers up the Mass air flow sensor, the four O2 sensor and the evap purge solenoid valve. you should unplug all those things and see if the fuse still blows. If it does you're going to need to find a short in the wiring. It it doesn't blow the fuse plug in the components one at a time and see which one blows the fuse. Hopefully it will only be one but don't stop at the first one that blows the fuse. Unplug the one that blows the fuse and then continue with the other ones until you have checked them all. maybe there is more than just one part that is bad. (just in case)

once you have found and repaired the fuse problem clear the codes and drive the car, wait until the check engine light comes back on (if it it does) and rescan for codes. See if the P0402 comes back of not.
