A common cause of misfires on this engine is sticking injectors. Injector cleaner does
not always work, if you are referring to an addistive you put in the fuel tank. The best
way is to have a fuel injector cleaning service done. This is done by a technician using
a special presurized cleaning system. This also is not 100% cure, but much better than
just adding a cleaner to the fuel tank. Of course this is assuming there was no sign of
the #1 and #6 plugs burning oil or coolant, which will also give misfires.
